That JS needs quite a bit of training. Why not train it up to proficient, and then train JR to proficient as well?

This guy is ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!! Are you planning to train him into a SF? If so, I'd say outside based because of his height. I suppose you could train IS and ID to about prolific, RB to about proficient/prominent, then move onto OD and JR. It will take many seasons to train him into a superstar, but he certainly has that potential without a doubt!

lvl 7 is a silly option...go for a lvl 5 or a lvl 6

What's his salary? If his salary is like 50k or something, then it's not really worth it.

I would suggest you switch between attack and defense training every week to get your inside faster. I suggest until 10 or 11. That would be AWESOME.

After that you can train 1x1 for fowards or guards. Or you also could start improving his outside def.

So, after that, you can start to 'correct' and make him perfect. So you ca start a passing training.
