I think he meant realistic like, Kobe, Vince, Lebron were all starters in their first years. Most top draft picks in the NBA become instant starters.

Kobe was not starter in his first season. He was backup for Eddie Jones

but if you have le bron james etc. you have to change training dramatically, because now adays a player with one season training is much better then before ;) So the fast training is very unrealistic.

And drafting people who reach their cap, is sully ;)

The other point is you start with 18 year old player, normally they leave college with 22/23(?) so till that point must player finished their progress, so maybe you have then your LeBron.

Wow, yea you got a point alright. But is training really faster nowadays? My players seem to pop less often...


it's faster then in the reality ;)

Or all the draft we got just started to play BB Ball, because total newbys could improve their technik pretty fast at the beginning like here.
