Let's forget about the "agression", I just did not like the tone.

I read, and I hope these statements are true and hope it reflect every Japanese manager's opinion, I'll see that in a few days.

As I said, I know it's not the best way to do things, but I feel like doing it like that. If a new approach is needed, maybe a few managers will vote for me in order to see what I can offer. I promise I will post something for the second round !

This is Samuraj's second attempt to manage us..... and I think out of all the foreign candidates we've had express an interest, he is the most credible.

I gotta say, just voting in a Japanese based manager now to block foreigners seems a bit weird... maybe a fresh approach wouldn't do any harm....

We can always vote in a local again at anytime...

He is a fluent Japanese speaker who reads and writes the language (not that we need it at this point with all x-pat users) and has been in and out of our NT system for I think 6 seasons now (U-21 stint). He knows our players, our needs, our community.

By this, are you referring specifically to JBBL?

So, players - you mean those in the national squad. Needs... I take to be that of the national team? What are you referring to by "community"?

There should be direct communication between the managers of both the U21 team, the National team, and the community they represent. Taiyo tried that via federation, but it fell by the wayside largely because most Japan users don't have supporter.
We need to start to develop our nation, not simply hope that players fall into place.

Speaking Japanese is well and good, but what good is it when communication between the representative teams and the teams beyond JBBL is pretty much non-existent?
I think there needs to be a greater focus on communication, period. Your list of jobs are - at this point in time - irrelevant, beyond creating some semblance of community within Japan as a whole.

Just to let everybody know, im not opposed to having a foriegn NT manager.

The problem remains, Japan is very skimpy on the Bigs. And of course it doesnt help that Sharman sales Furuzawa before the beginning of the group games.

But, Sharman doesnt have a stellar reputation when it comes to treatment of Japanese NT players. Had Sharman shown stewardship from the beginning, 1) Soichi Hara would be Level 17/18 OD 2) Furuzawa wouldnt have marvelous ID. But Sharman rules Japan with his iron fist until someone can do something about it.

So when i put my hat in the ring, it is because i know the issues that face the NT team. But more over, some managers in Japan need to make a commitment to their japanese draftees/young talent.

Im doing my part with my player on the NT team. Even as a 23 year old, should a new manager come in and see my player, they will have a hard time dismissing him as a backup. If we have 10 managers each with 1 player they train every week, we will end up with a good NT starting 5.

When i look at Furuzawa with marvelous ID, it is symptomatic of the ills that plague the Japanese NT team. Im down to weather the storm until we get some bona fide bigs. And if i am not chosen, i will make sure my guard can hold his own against the look inside happy BB universe.

But to have a good NT team where we are now, we have to find the MVP bigs from this years draft and MAKE SURE they are getting trained properly. Then maybe, Just maybe, we can compete in the Asian championships.

Because the Look insides are coming and in full force.
