I think we can only request for our Scrrimage games to incentivize... atleast let the Maximum number od Scrimage games we can have from ASG week to Season update be equas to 1 Home Court full-packed-game. I think that can help a little bit in financial and would promote Managers to arrange regular Scrimmages for WR callibrations.

All-Star Team Coach can set the Great 8 vs. Big 8 Game... Probably the Manager with the most number of votes from his Team's Roster for the Great 8 vs. Big 8 game would be given the ability... if he choose not to... the Default setup will be used... I think it would further promote Conference competitions.
