I have used 10 scouting points for inside shot and handling. I have lose the points but no information about the skills.
Therefore what means fixed? Or is there an additional bug for iOS devices?

Due to some changes on the scouting page we temporarily changed the way additional info is displayed; you now need to click rather than just hover on a player to see the extra info. It will be reverted back to the way it was soon, sorry about that!
