New Manager - I'm supposed to get 3 good players right? The ones with the star next to their names. I didn't get that, I skipped the tutorial in the beginning. Anything I can do?

You can go to Preferences (in the menu). There's an option there to hide the tutorial, select "No", then click "Update Profile". The tutorial will pop-up.
