we have a situation in Czech NT. The manager suddenly stopped playing BB and we need to replace him. His popularity is still too high but when we manage to lower it under 25 % how we recognize something is happening? There was a second candidate in the elections. How long does it take to replace the current manager? And what happens when there is no other candidate in the elections?
