This guy is odd as hes only 6 ft 3 and a PF but also has good outside skills. Maybe change him to a SG from PF? Also that not familiar with potential and not sure if only Star potential is worth training. I am in d4 for what its worth.

Hey, only first one could be worth training. Please be aware that best regime for 18y old players is to have 6 of them and train 1/1 for 2 seasons. Having only him is waste of time, he can be one of your 6 trainees and then after 2 seasons you decide who you keep. Anyway, you won't get much gold for him on TL due to Potential, however if you train him for years, he could be good player. Search for Stars on TL with max. SS you can find. you will see where the cap is.

You can find decent 18 year old trainees with allstar potential for a $1,000 if money is the issue. If you have the money, I usually aim for perennial allstar or superstar potential players depending what postions I'm training because I can usually cap them after there age 22 or 23 season. For me, training is to slow once a player is 23 years old.
