If I’d like to change my team’s name but it’s taken by a bot team is there anyway I can get it freed up?

I am having some problem with team renaming.
I get the following message: Rename failed: new name is invalid.
Not entirely sure why, it fits in the character limit, it is very similar like my Utopia team, etc.
Did anyone bump into this before or has any idea what could be wrong?

An update: I’ve BB-mailed both EGM’s related to running the game. No response.
