How long does it take for star players to be changed? I've had the same 3 star players since i started. I have since bought a much better player but the star players haven't changed.

The star should disappear after some time. My player (43921220) doesn't have the star now and I recieved him after the tutorial.

They lose their star after 2 seasons. Then they can be sold like every other player.

Is it posible to train them, because i have one with experiance of 14 he is only 25 years old with quite good skill set, he can be good bench player in the future or even main player in his position.

Yes, you can. The only difference to any other player is you can't sell a star player in their first 2 seasons.
