Picking a basic level PR manager should do the trick. If you're team is winning games, fans will fill the stadium (unless your prices are way too high).

I'm not sure exactly. I would say put the bleachers at $5, Lower Tier at $18, Courtside around $75, and Luxury Boxes around $400-450.
You can also use the arena tool on Buzzer-Manager
