Brrrr... it's cold down here!!

I had a nice run in the NBBA but now my players are basically too old or too young to be any good so I'll probably be in a relegation series this year.

Looks like a fun league though, as far as I can remember, I've been in a league with 4 of you (GS, Flash, Jests, Kentucky), had BB Mail convos with a couple more and then I've seen Dexter so I'm familiar with the work of the Bay Harbor Butcher.

GL this season guys, please don't beat me up too much!

Seems like we got a good group of guys here. Hopefully I can stay for more than a season, guess you and me both are playing for that coveted relegation series haha

I'm still salty I lost game 3. I think had I made one alteration to my lineup I would have won... even rerunning the same game again 10 times I feel like I would win 9 of them.

Good luck to you all. I am trying to decide if it is worth keeping my overpriced roster.

Chekreyes, good to see you again. We didn't play together long, as I was just there in the stands amidst your rapid climb to the NBBA.

Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be beating you this season either. I'm just happy to finally make it to D.II after all these years.

Good luck everyone!

Hey! Yeah I wasn't staying in leagues too long during that stretch. I am not quite the powerhouse I was back then. Two botched seasons of tanking really took my team down several pegs after I grabbed that silver cup. I really am not sure what to do now that I lost last week as well...

I really haven't decided how to play this season either. The competition looks fierce and I don't know that my trainees are ready for this place.

I'm a little star struck finding myself in a league with all of these teams that I used to observe in the NBBA. Maybe I'll just attempt to stay alive for one season before I start prepping for the next batch of trainees.

Your team looks to be par for the course here, but you're a young team so if you can stay alive I think you'd be in a good spot to be competitive in following seasons if you can make some cash on the way.

Worst case scenario you make some money and get some training in before winning another d3 ;)

I'm just happy the forum is more active. I think we are already approaching the total number of posts we had all of last season haha.

I prefer an active forum. It definitely adds a fun element to the season and humanizes your opponents.

I was surprised to see how few posts there were last season. I always figured that higher competition equaled more active forums.
