I have 3 talented bigs. So I've been splitting the mins as pf/c so they all get 48 mins. I've been training driving and handling. Is this smart?

The point about hiring trainers is: how talented are your trainees, and do you know what to do with them?

If you have a 18y HOF with 60 skills, hell yeah, pay whatever the price to push him to 150+ skills. But since you probably aren't sure what are you doing, I'm afraid it wasn't worth it :)

But he's got him now and with that salary he can keep the trainer for a long while. So, bottom line, just be happy with him and make sure to train properly.
