Buzzerbeater is a great game, but at times progression and improvement seems hard. A lot of managers give up if there teams don't do well after awhile. I was thinking, what if each division level had a tournament. This tournament would be similar to the national tournament, but only teams from the division would compete in it. As an example in a DIV 4 tournament all teams from division 4 would compete in it. Each nation would have separate divisional tournaments. In example the US would have a division 3 tournament, and china would have their own Division three tournament. I know this might be hard to implement logistically, but what do you guys think of the concept?

Its a great idea that I think has been suggested before?

The only problem, as you say, is logistics. Seems very hard to implement, especially in lower leagues, how do you run a tournament for that many teams? The system seems overloaded as it is.

Personally, I would love to see it on a current non-game day included as a sort of private league affair- no training/Game shape minutes so it doesnt mess with the rest of the game but would be great for teams with no chance of any success for years irl.

It's a great idea in theory, but won't work in reality.

Maybe if no money was involved, minutes did not count against shape - and if we could squeeze in a game on sundays.

For my DIV II it would be a ~4-round competition, so all in all maybe 2-3 games at best. Same for DIV I leagues all over the world... Way too short competition...

Div 1 would not be included as their is only one DIV 1 league, it would be every division starting with div 2

Not worth the effort if it would mean just a handful of games every season.

make the higher divisions play other higher divisions from across the world too. That way its not just the D. III IV and V having fun.

You can make the divisional cup(league cup) for every single league so you can escape from the obstacle of different numbers of team for every division. For example the divisional cup for league III.1 Greece(that i am in) will start with 16 teams of the league and it will have 4 rounds till the winner will be announced(all the leagues have 16 teams, so they can support an inside divisional cup). Small price can be included with the title. Let's say about 75.000.
