I would personally just try to improve him for your own team. He will not make you much money because he is very unbalanced (can't defend and hardly rebound).
So I'd train some more Inside Defense on him followed up by some more rebounding.
If you only have 1 trainee at the moment you can of course get 1 other young guy to train with him. It's easy to get 2 players at least 48 minutes at the Center position.
