Hi everyone.

Here is my speech as a U21 candidate.

I'm quiet new in BB (a little more than one year IRL) but I've already assimilate all the rules and have a quiet good understanding of the match engine. So I've a plan for the U21 to have some "giantkiller" success with a team coming from a mid-nation.

To me, when your are the underdog, the key is the defense. If you can defend against all the player on the court, then you only need 2 scoring guys to have a chance to win the match.

Last season, I got the yougest belgium team in D.II. With a 240K roster, I was playing against a roster of 350K (in average) and I've manage to win big games. So I'm used to be the underdog and to make surprise, that what I'm wanting to do in U21.

In the end I've reach 7th place (the 4th place was one victory ahead of me) in a very difficult conference (+ an 1/8th final cup game against Vottem) and chose deliberatly to lose my relegation games to go back to D.III. Why? Because this game is a long term strategy game and I'm sure it's better for my team (training plan, money management, fan enthousiasm...)

To finish my speech, I need to add that I'm also an U21 scout since last season so I know how we collect the player's information. I've already receive some good advices from Dartreb for the role of national coach. Last point, I've also build a U21 player (Kevin Delaby) who was one of the best U21 player last season so I know how (with the help of Dartreb) to build a young guy fast.

Thanks in advance to put your trust on me.

Have a nice day!

Hello everyone,

First of all I would like to spend some time and words to thank Dartreb for his great work in our U21 Team. His target was to bring stability in the training of our young prospects. I think that target is almost reached, so congrats to Dart!

Maybe I have to present myself a little now. My name is C3C, I'm playing BB since season 17 and I think I'm now experienced enough to help other Belgium managers training their Belgium prospects. Since I've been scout for 8 seasons, I already have a good overview about the working of our database.

Now I would like to present my style of playing this game and training the youngsters. Like dartreb I am a supporter of the all-round training. Many managers think PG's and SG's only need a good outside skillset, but I have experienced myself that it's a major plus to have a decend IS and ID to for guards. This is the same with C's and PF's , decent passing skills also will give the team an advantage+ those secondaries won't rise the salary of the player and it almost doesn't have an impact on the potential capacity. That's how you use you're potential to the best!
I am training myself 3 trainees and I can say they are all very allround, low salaries, and that's why some teams underestimate my squad. That can be our big advantage too with the U21 team!
If you have any questions , feel free to ask ;)

May you vote for the best candidate available.

Thanks in advance
