Good day to all. I am running for the NT manager's position this coming season. For those who don't know me (which is quite a handful :P ) I'm Lolo Smithz the manager of Zebu Mayas which has been stuck in league 2.4 for 14 seasons and counting (a record of sorts in BB Pinas). I love league 2.4 too much to leave it for greener pastures :P I led the Pilipinas U21 team to a Silver Trophy win a few seasons ago and an automatic slot to the World Championships. If you need veteran managers recommendations if I'm qualified or not to handle the NT squad I can request them to do so also. :P

I won't give unrealistic goals and will keep it simple. I'm running because I want to help teams (league 2 below) who have a hard time going up the leagues train players and be better so they can enjoy the game more. Winning the Asian Championships isn't my top priority. Some of you may question that but for me having more better team managers in our country would greatly help in the future of our National Team. It doesn't matter if your player might not be good enough to play for the NT squad if you have a player you need help with ask for help. What matters more is that you as a team manager will be happy with your team because youa re not struggling anymore.

There is nothing that would make me happier if managers start to enjoy the game. It is based on past experience when I was handling the U21 squad. Managers with better players tend to stick longer in BB. And these manager who have benefitted has a tendency to give back and adopt other newbies. From one seed it will grow to something bigger and better. The better players will come in time. It is investing in the present for a better future. Seriously for those who think they have reached the top of BB take someone under your wing it is also a challenge to see if you can help someone get to league 2 or PPL even the better.

Realistically speaking our chances every season to win it all in the NT Asian championships isn't as good as we would like it to be. China is a juggernaut in the Asian and World scene. There are only two teams that have won the Asian Championships over the years, Australia three tines and the rest by China by a wide margin.

If I do win the election I will prioritize 10 slots for players which are held by Pinoy Managers. It's my way of saying thank you for holding on to those very expensive salaried players. It is a sacrifice to do so and you will be rewarded for doing so. I hope it will encourage local teams to hold on to our NT players. 4 slots will be for foreign held players while the remaining slots will be reserved for future and worthy callups. I won't try to convince PPL teams anymore to buy NT players anymore because I already sound like a broken record and it is unfair to them also to take the burden of doing so. I will take whatever is in front of me and hope for the best. There are managers who love NT players and there are those who run away from them like they are a plague. Each to their own. But a very very big THANK YOU to those who have NT players in their teams.

Good day all! I'm Kenneth Tubog manager of BC Kidapawan and running for NT manager. Sa mga nakakakilala at hindi nasa buzzerbeater na po ako simula pa ng season 9 hindi na po bago sakin ang sistema dito. Sa pagkakataong ito hinihingi ko po ang inyobh kooperasyon at boto para mahalal bilang NT manager.

Plano ko pong maiangat ang bandila natin sa buong mundo ngunit kelangan ko po ang tulong nyo para maisagawa ko ito. Hindi ako nangangakong matutupad ang lahat ng expectations nyo pero kung andyan kayo tumutulong at sumusuporta sigurado akong kaya batin lahat ng pagsubok. Kung may mga tanong po kayo handa ko po itong sagutin.

i think you dont know me or not so familiar.
im the manager of zenaida dragons.
im not running for NT manager because im in higher league but to help our national Team to reach more higher level in asia or even in world.

but before that we should start first to our country,we should seek more prospect.
to those manager having a good quality player and potential to be come NT-player and some reason they are not qualified in present time, you should not be in frustrated and continue to train.this is a friendly advise..

my plan?
simple, i just want to win a gold trophy in asia and next the world.
im willing to help also for the benefits of the pilipino community.

P.S. dont be scare at me im sure im not gonna win in this election..
P.S again if you think im not worth to be the manager of NT pls vote or LOLO sMith. LOL
