I just promoted and I was wondering if you guy's think my stay in div 3 will be short lived. Any advice on how to survive this next step?

Your roster is pretty good. I doubt it will be a short stay. You have a 60k guy so that's a good start. You still have to upgrade your roster eventually. But first I would upgrade the arena(I still have to do that as well). But you're ready.

I'd say you're in pretty good shape. 13k is a decent size arena for D III; think about trying to push it to 15k though. Your roster isn't too bad, but you might want to think about a few upgrades. I see all of your high salary players are PGs and Cs; I haven't scouted any of your games, but you might want to think about getting a more flexible roster than just a LI dominant one. Also, you might want a couple of upgrades to your roster. Depending on what league you get put into, you could be a lower playoff team or fighting for a relegation battle.

I say depending on the league you could end up anywhere between the 4th-6th seed. Assuming you make use of your promotion money in some way. Congratulations btw! I know we've been sending bbmails back on fourth on finals strategy, so I'm glad you won your league.
