I have two of my trainees who are my franchise players at the SF and C postions.

Here's my SF:

Denis Radzevich (27627204)

Age: 21
Height: 6'5" / 196 cm
Potential: superstar

Jump Shot: prolific Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: prominent Handling: sensational↑
Driving: sensational Passing: strong
Inside Shot: prolific↑ Inside Def.: respectable
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: atrocious Free Throw: strong

Here's my C:

Age: 20
Height: 6'11" / 211 cm
Potential: hall of famer

Jump Shot: prominent↑ Jump Range: inept
Outside Def.: pitiful Handling: average↑
Driving: respectable Passing: pitiful
Inside Shot: wondrous Inside Def.: prominent
Rebounding: proficient Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: atrocious Free Throw: awful

I was planning on rotating Passing, Inside Defense, Rebounding, and maybe some Outside Defense. Any advice or tips are greatly appreciated.

You need to think about something: Would you like to train a PF/C duo or a SF/PF duo?

This is because SFs and Centers are hard to train together. It would be much easier to either try to make them both bigs or forwards. I personally would make them both forwards. As for training I would rotate between OD and ID and then work in passing until your 20 year old gets up to mediocre passing.
