I just bought this guy this morning and need some advice om what to do next. He'll be getting One on One training this week!

For this player to increase in value, he'd need multiple seasons of dedicated outside training. If you don't get him that training, he's useless. Seeing as how you were 1 point from promotion last season, I think you probably should sell him.

In the meantime, training ID and REB might me make his skills more flashy for potential buyers.

Well if you read the post, I'm training one on one training this week. And I'm not selling him considering I just payed over a half a million dollars for him.

His secondaries are pretty bad and he will be exploited by more balanced players, it is really that simple. Spend the regular season working on those outside skills (especially OD and some PA too) and throw him in the lineup for the playoffs.
