Dear players from the beautiful island country of Barbados, i am happy to announce my candidacy for the new coach position of the Barbados U21 NT. My username is PanG11 and my real name is Panos and i come from Greece! I have been playing this game for 10 and a half game seasons, as the head coach of the team Spartakos (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/team/143343/overview.aspx). My team participates in the III.12 national league and has managed to win the playouts of season 23 and has set the foundations for a successful season 24! My goal for the U21 Barbados NT is simply one, the qualification of the team to the next round of the preliminary groups of the forthcoming PanAmerican U21 Championship! I believe with hard work we can qualify to the best 12 teams of the American Continent and after that we will try, by staunch performances, to earn the respect of the "big players", and from that day on they won't see the U21 Barbados NT as an insignificant basketball power but as a team that poses a real threat! My basketball philosophy is that defence creates results and the players who will be called must be good defenders. This doesn't mean that i am not going to pay attention to the offensive part of the game. But defence will be our base! The development of the young players will be focused on their defensive skills but also, concerning the guards, their passing ability and as for the forwards and the centers, except for defence, we will focus on their rebounding, inside shot and shot blocking! I am one of the more active members of the Barbadian BuzzerBeater community and a successful coach and scout of young talent from our island, locally and internationally.

Here I am today as a candidate to take Barbados U21 basketball to the next level. I personally believe experience in BuzzerBeater doesn't help or hurt your cause. Me personally I just play ball. I know what i expect from teammates in each position when i step on the court.

I will be here to help with training, setting up a guide line so everyone will know why they have been selected or dropped. I agree with the fellow candidate that DEFENCE will be the staple of our progress.

It is good to see the Barbadian community grow and i will continue to push this. More users mean a larger pool of trained prospects which in turn equals a better Barbados.

In closing, I will be a player manager i will hear and take in to consideration all concerns of managers of prospects. I push for all of Barbados to pull in the same direction; FORWARD.

just two seasons have passed and thanks to your coach I became the national scout.
I'm running again this season for elzioni.
But now I know better players and also know the future promises.
I have gained more experience and I manage much better I hope you will give me that chance.

My name is Ponyz and I am from America.
Ive been playing Buzzerbeater since Season 9.
I manage the Dublin 12ers in League IV.6 USA.
In real life i am a basketball player, and have a very High IQ.
I have plans to build Barbados from the ground up.
I willl do this by...

1. Forming a game style(Run n gun, look inside, etc) based on the roster
2. Always looking for talent
3. Open to talk to all BB Managers about the team, take suggestions, etc.
4. I will make a Barbados U21 Team Website/Forum/Database which will be easily accessible
5. I already have most of my Staff picked out, which specialize in different aspects of the game (training, guard, bigs, exposure, etc)

BB Barbados

I come to you humbled by my lack on in game experience. This will be my first campaign but i have followed my friend closely and gotten the "jist" of the game so I believe my skills will harm more than harm the Barbados Youth.
I have one friend in the community so far hopefully that will grow within Division 1. I do not have a staff already picked out and would love that support from both domestic and international players. We have talent here in Barbados we just have to communicate with each other. i will keep you guys well informed.
Though I have no staff i have an action plan. And I believe it is a great one for building a great foundation for the future but i also believe the U21 team can compete right now. At least move 5 places up the ladder.
All I ask is the opportunity to make a difference.
