Somebody of you *natives* will attend the NT elections? Just looking forward who I can vote for and hope there will be a japanese league manager...

Don't worry, I will not run again (I'm not crazy enough).
You need a wizard to have success with Japan NT.
I have already explained everything in my post at the beginning of this season. (201807.1)
Failure of U21 showed that I was right:(

Best regards,
BG Samuraj

I think what is important about the NT teams is rewarding of training.

You can play guys because of the stats they HAVE, but we all know the game is about SUBLEVELS not pops.

When you know a guy is getting trained, and you know what training he is getting, the pops dont matter as much as the game shape and DMI.

...and more specifically, the game ratings.

To pin player choses on player stats alone is a mistake.

And For the NT coach, I will have a nice little surprise for you Season 18.

Yasujiro is about to rewrite the record books.

Somebody let me a hold a no. 2 pencil cause they testin' me.

I was very critical at the start but I saw a lot of good progress. I would consider voting for you again but if you are not running then all I will say is thank you for all of your efforts.

U21 was quite weak, when my player

Noritada Konoe (18297019) Shooting Guard
Weekly salary: $ 17 480
Age: 21
Height: 6'0" / 183 cm
Potential: allstar

is in the top 3 in the squad you know we will have issues against nations with multiple $40,000 salaried players. But all we need to do is keep on trying. I am still training, Sonada seems to be capped which is a pity but from time to time I still include him in training and now I have gotten

Shinya Umari (15030531) Shooting Guard
Weekly salary: $ 38 657 (around $60,000 next season)
Age: 23
Height: 6'1" / 185 cm
Potential: perennial allstar

who I plan to put in my top 3 for training next season although he is also dangerously close to capping (22.09 where his potential is 22-24). There just aren't many Nippon players with high potential.

SMH.

Always trying to play up your guys.

There is no room on the NT team for an allstar guard.

if there where, Kwakami (12841035) would have been on the team long ago.

You are trying solicit your vote in hopes of getting your guys on the team.

When you said you are willing to vote for BG Samarai because you "saw alot of good progress", you lost credibility. BG criticized the talent on the team as it is now...and you are trying to get an allstar on the NT team?

Im glad you posted this because it reminds me to be vigilant in the voting progress. Its obvious from you message that promises via BB mail can get you elected.

"saw alot of good progress". What this before or after BG Samurai said the NT team has no talent?

Nothing like some FLAME on the boards!

SMH? Sorry I don't understand this one.

Always trying to play up your guys.

That is true, I love my players and making great players for the U21 team has been probably my favourite thing in this game.

There is no room on the NT team for an allstar guard.

Sadly you are correct. Konoe and Kawaida have no chance to make the NT, I know that. It sucks for me but it is beyond argument.

You are trying solicit your vote in hopes of getting your guys on the team.

Your 1st 2 points were right but this is wrong. My vote is not for sale! Why would I try to be "soliciting" a vote from someone that will not be running and would have no chance of winning? That would be corrupt and stupid, I don't know which is more insulting that you think me dishonest or incompetent. Did you actually read what I said, that the U21 squad was quite weak and showed my player as an example?

When you said you are willing to vote for BG Samarai because you "saw alot of good progress", you lost credibility. BG criticized the talent on the team as it is now...and you are trying to get an allstar on the NT team?

So you never noticed that we started winning games? After losing 13/14, winning 3 in a row against some reasonable opponents is progress. How can you possibly disagree?

BG did criticise the talent of the team, he was correct, and you are correct that allstars can't make the team. I am not trying to get one on the team.

What I was wondering, was if Umari may have a chance?

Shinya Umari (15030531) Shooting Guard
Weekly salary: $ 38 657 (around $60,000 next season)
Age: 23
Height: 6'1" / 185 cm
Potential: perennial allstar

And I did send BG a bbmail about him and he said the minimum pops he would need to have any chance. I suspect that he is capped (or very close) and it wount happed but I would be pleased to be wrong.

Im glad you posted this because it reminds me to be vigilant in the voting progress. Its obvious from you message that promises via BB mail can get you elected.

I am glad you are glad! I am also happy that you will be vigilant. I am sure that promises via bbmail can get you elected, but if discovered they can also get you removed! Probably a bad idea overall. If anyone does it I will let you know.

"saw alot of good progress". What this before or after BG Samurai said the NT team has no talent?

If you provide me with the date when he said this I can anwer you. For your information the period of progress was:

12/5/2011 9:00:00 PM 64 Azərbaycan 90 - 119 (Replay) 83 Nippon Nippon
12/12/2011 6:00:00 PM 78 Nippon 110 - 108 (Replay) 67 New Zealand New Zealand
12/19/2011 9:00:00 PM 73 Shqipëria 79 - 90 (Replay) 75 Nippon Nippon

I felt a bit bad jumping on the bandwagon and slamming him, although season 17 was pathetic, so I was trying to be polite and let him save some face with his improved performance.

Clear enough? Maybe you are bored reading all of this, butI wanted to make my positions clear and not be misrepresented.
