I have a young player on TL that ends this evening, but I'm not sure his potential will be high enough for you...

If you know what you are looking for, you can best look at the tranfer list, and then set preferances. Like country and age and potential for example.
you get a sorted out list with players that might interest you.

It's the fastest and easiest way to get what you want I think.

I have a 19 PG with 6 potential (I know not great) but more then decent passing and handling. But Ill send you a BB-mail with Belgians Greatest prospects this year who are on the transfer list
