Do not expect that we can beat someone this season, probably will not be successful in the next 5 to 6 seasons.
Our team is not good trained in the previous period, Japanese managers also do not want to have a Japanese NT players in their teams (only exception is Mizik).

How many more days are you the NT manager?

Tired of you complaining about players.

Work with what you have or go complain somewhere else.

You was NT manager before me, maybe you want to train players in this way,
in fact when I look at your players, it was your idea 100%.
Our team is totally defensive, that is the wrong approach to this game.
Last season, all teams play LI, and our best center has a salary of 100K, and poor GS.
Very bad job you did in previous years.
Next season will be even worse, when other teams train their players, and the Japanese players remain on the same level.

You just give up on the team and say its crap? Some NT coach.

You just say the players arent well trained? Evolve your strategy. Communicate with managers. Lobby for training.

Do just quit and blame the team. A good coach can squeeze the maximum out of his players.

A quitter points his finger at the team and says it their fault. Have you emailed the U21 manager once about the players coming up next season? Did you ask any question about the draft? Do you know who has the bigs to replace the ones on the roster?

All you are doing is using your system, losing games, and blaming players. Run for NT Italy if you want a bunch of farm trained hall of famers.

The job of the NT coach is to pull the japanese player owners together, not burn the house down and walk away.

Very disappointing to see you throw your hands up like this before the consulation has even started. It suggest you have one or two tricks and if they dont work, you are finished.

You was successful than me 2 seasons ago, but the other teams have progressed, and Japan remained at the same level.
