We failed to qualify for second round.
I am disappointed.
This is the maximum for this team at the moment.

This is the first time ever that the NT team didn't make the second round....WOW!! That was a shocking result...

Gotta say, I agree. We won 2 games against opposition we should definitely beat, failed to compete with teams that are close in rankings, and got beaten twice by nations we should win against. A 2-4 record is filthy. The loss to Singapore was especially galling.

Quite frankly Samuraj, I don't think you've lived up to what you promised. You turned up once at the beginning of the season to a game-chat, but were afk for most of it. You've only posted in the forums to announce games, and you're not even talking in those chats. The press release for the National team is STILL the last one that Izaman put up.
If I'm being incredibly generous, I'd call your communication efforts "weak". I am not satisfied, and have voted as such on the Team page.

The Press Release is one of the easiest ways to inform the community on what's going on....And to still have one of Izaman's releases up is a slap in the face....I think Wolph had like 5 or 6 PR's in his term and Swoosh had 6...
I also wouldn't blame it on our userbase...When you have 3 or 4 better OD options at SG against a team that likes to mix it up(6 games 3 Outside and 3 inside offensives) running a 15 OD there was not good...What did the other teams SG hit, 5-8 from 3....OUCH!!

Worst job ever. Proves how flimsy our userbase is.
Never take a guy from outside Japan. Hopefully this will learn us.

I disagree wholeheartedly with both of these points.
1. The coach doing a bad job does not necessarily reflect on the user-base. As YC pointed out, there are better options available, someone just hasn't done his homework.

2. Never? That's ridiculous. I completely intend to vote for the guy I think is best for the job. As you suggest, Samuraj at best misled and misrepresented.
If dissatisfied, we should show it by voting on the team page. Samuraj: you have a lot of work to do to repair this.

"Friends" I see that you are unable to hide your happiness for my failed.

I have not lied in my campaign, I presented my opinion.
It turns out that the Japanese players poorly trained (except a player who for some time been in the team Flamethrovers Sharman, Tagawa and Toor Oishi)
that their salaries do not reflect their true value.
I saw it immediately after taking over the team.
Do you want to tell you that right here in the forum, that our opponents can see our weaknesses.

How do you know that I have better players at the position of SG?
You do not have any NT player in Japan.
Why?
Of the 15 players in the NT Japan, only three are playing in Japan!

Chihiro Okita ((6927944)) was a free agent, why he did not buy any team from Japan?
Not good enough?
He is a player NT Japan, I think it enough of his quality.
Not a good price?
Price was fantastic:
09/02/2011 17 Transfer from 印第安纳 溜马 Purchased for $ 2,800,000
10/08/2011 17 Transfer from Free Agency Purchased for $ 1,428,000

I have to say that managers in Japan do not care for their NT team (with some exceptions)

@malice
Samuraj: you have a lot of work to do to repair this.

There is no possibility to improve, this is the reality of Japan.
I tried whit tactic to win, but injuries and bad GS, I can not influence on this :(

What are you winning?
you are the type of manager who does not win anything, just talking all day.

Okita? Bum!/quote]
Okita is one of Japan's top 3 players in that position

Tagawa? Bum!!!! Tooro Oishi? /quote]
I said Tagawa and Tooro Oishi and players who have played in Sharman team (Hideki Ochi, Yusuke Furusawa, Chihiro Okita)
