Someone explain to why in the case of a tie the NT manager wouldn't go to the incumbant or the local person.

National team elections have two distinct phases. In the first phase, which lasts for four days, interested candidates can register for consideration for the managerial position. During this time, these candidates will start to receive votes from the country's users. After the fourth day, the election pool is reduced to the top five candidates, plus ties, plus those with at least 5% of the total number of votes. No new registrations are allowed in the second phase of the election. The election ends after three more days, with the candidate with the highest number of votes winning the managership. In the case of a tie, the candidate who has been playing BuzzerBeater for longer is declared to be the winner

Well I have to admit that I voted for your rival but I admit you were a strong candidate and so now that you have won (just) I wish you all good luck and that the teams progresses very well and that you establish the communications that you said you would.

Just to inform you, now I check players skills , and I made a shortlist.
Managers of these players from the shortlist have been informed, and now I expect their replies on their plans.
After collected their answers and training on Friday I will choose 10 players who will play first match.
