To all the candidates, I have several questions:

1. In India, the managers are more enthusiastic about U-21 NT rather than NT. How do you plan to get people's attention to NT and get other managers involved in running and discussing about NT?

2. How are you planning to run NT? (anything that you'd like to implement?)
