Are you choosing the Netherlands for a particular reason? Or are you being a candidate for also other countries?

I will answer here to your question Maupster - can't answer in ''speeches''. I'm candidate only in Netherlands and how LA-3point king said - it's only possible to participate in one election. In LatviaU21 team old manager is staying so I'm choosing some other country, why Netherlands - wanted smaller country to start national team manager career, maybe because I liked your football team when I was younger, don't know that for sure :)

Am I a good manager? - know a lot about BB and you can look at my teams 14. season where I won II league starting playoff as 4th place in Big8 and promoted to I league. Latvia has ~800 BB active users

How are you going to communicatie with the Dutch Community? Al forum posts are in Dutch now, so you don't know the current scouting system, I assume?

In my opinion, as an U21 manager, you have to be very close with the scouting system. Can you tell me something about the Dutch system please? Or do you have your own scouting system? If yes, can you please explain it to the Dutch Community?

And one other question. Can you tell me your favorite tactis, using the Dutch U21 roster?

You can only enroll yourself in 1 election at a time, so this should be the only one. Otherwise, alarmbells should start ringing soon!

In my opinion we can have a foreigner as coach but there has to be a way of communication, which is lucky if he speaks and writes english, which is the case.
However, its my strong believe that we have enough Dutch managers who can lead our team and therefor i vote against this.

Its my strong believe that a national team must be led by a native player, we have a strong and good set off players and there is nog need to get an american german austria or whatever guy to lead our team. Our community is Dutch, we discus in Dutch and our scouting system is also in Dutch and i for one are not going to communicate in English about a Dutch team.

Whatever the reason he wants to coach the dutch team and not his home countrie team is a question he can answer, if he has dutch parents or other relationsships with Holland like working her than its something else but since he doesnt coach a team from any Dutch league this seems not the case.

I think that most of you haven 't any problems with English and it is also is possible to use Google Translate, translates everything that is without mistakes.

Have to see what we have before I choose tactics - can't tell player skill only seeing salary, and it will depend on opponents, game shape. Will try to win games we can not to do best in every game.

Hierbij wat vragen voor je. Er zit wat overlap tussen vraag 1 en de rest. Maar misschien heb je buiten 2 en 3 ook nog andere dingen geleerd.

Wat denk je allemaal geleerd te hebben de afgelopen twee seizoenen?

Wat heb je geleerd op het gebied van tactische keuze's?

En ben je ook veranderd in hoeverre je bepaalde skills waardeert? Zo ja, hoe?

Is er trouwens nog een andere Nederlandse top manager die zich verkiesbaar stelt naast Kalebam?

Die buitenlander neem ik niet serieus als kandidaat. Hij wil enkel hier coach worden, omdat hij in eigen land het zeker niet wordt. Dat betekend dat hij gewoon niet goed genoeg is of dat hij een ruziemaker is die ze liever kwijt dan rijk zijn. Allebei de redenen zijn voor mij een reden om niet op hem te stemmen.

Dus als er een andere serieuze kandidaat is naast Kalebam dan zal ik er over nadenken.

Maar ik vind sowieso dat hij het redelijk heeft gedaan. Hij heeft denk wel wat foutjes gemaakt, maar dat is logisch als je voor het eerst op dit niveau acteert. Ik denk dat hij heeft laten zien afgelopen seizoen zowel met zijn eigen team als met het U21 team dat hij mooie resultaten kan neerzetten.

Als laatste punt wat ik belangrijk vind, is dat hij altijd bereid is om te luisteren naar de mening van anderen. En dat hij durft te wijzigen van zijn oorspronkelijke plan. Veel mensen houden toch vaak vast aan wat zij denken dat goed is, maar gelukkig is Kalebam niet zo'n persoon.

Ik sta absoluut achter de opmerkingen van Ru en ook achter de herverkiezing van Kalebam.
De buitenlander (klinkt vast weer botter dan ik het bedoel) is voor mij geen optie. Ik denk dat Kalebam het zeer goed gedaan heeft in zijn eerste termijn en dat hij zeker nog een 2de verdiend en dan het jaar erop gaat Snow zich maar eens verkiesbaar stellen......;-) Moet er toch een keer van komen.

Hoop dat Kalebam komend seizoen weer net zo goed bezig zal zijn en dat hij ons naar ongekende hoogte zal sturen.

Waarom ben je van Look Inside / RnG afgestapt? Was dat bedoelt als reflectie over vorig seizoen, of staan die tactics je in het algemeen niet aan?
