Weil er erst seit Mitte der Saison halbwegs vernünftig geskillt ist.

Es gab eine gute Kommunikation mit seinem Coach, der ihm dann noch - trotz seines Caps - wichtige Skillups verpassen konnte.

Leider war er seit Mitte der Saison nie in 9er Form, sonst hätte ich ihn schon ins NT geholt. Für mich braucht er aber noch - wie gesagt - IS, JS, RB und Kondi

Huabas Schreiber wird hoffentlich auch besser ;-)

RB passt hier halt nicht

@noxx: ich hab nur gemeint, dass RB erst zum Schluss kommen sollte, weil sonst der Cap zu schnell erreicht wird.
@Svarny: er hatte wild verteilte Skills, hier war mit seinem Coach die Frage SF od PF -> wir einigten uns auf PF und da wäre in meinen Augen IS das Dringlichste -> wir haben nicht viel RB im NT -> insofern wäre ich froh, wenn er statt 12 13 hätte ;-)
Wenn er stattdessen mehr OD od JS od PA hätte wär‘s natürlich auch fein ;-)

Ein Manager will/muss seinen NT Kandidaten demnächst verkaufen. Er ist sehr wichtig für´s NT und braucht einen Manager der ihn in den nächsten 3 Saisonen fertigstellt. Kann bei seiner Jugend dann auch sicher noch über den Cap hinaus trainiert werden.

Pot 9, jung und wurde gut trainiert -> sehr wichtig für unser NT -> kann ein Top Inside SG, SF, PF werden -> wenn´s nach mir ginge, braucht er jetzt ordentlich JR -> dann entweder OD, PA und IS oder IS und dann IV, PA, und RB -> könnte aber in 2 Saisonen schon im NT auflaufen.

Bei Interesse bitte hier melden oder mir eine BB NAchricht schicken. Ich schließe euch dann zusammen.

Wie schaut´s aus? Irgendwer interessiert?

Hi there! Sorry for writing here, I hope I'm not disturbing, I come to comment on aspects of Svarny that you have mentioned

I signed Svarny with 18 from the beginning, so I have been able to train him as I considered correct for my team, with a bit of logic but without making a lot of effort.

Regarding his abilities now, with his MVP potential, I think that giving him one more level of RB is almost finishing off his evolution. I'm training IS, and I guess it will go up to 17 next week. One more from JS, PAS or OD can help a lot but it will take time. And of course he lacks Stamina, that 2 is disgusting.

I understand that your community is small and I know that you have just enough players to be able to make a good team, and I consider that you are doing very good job, but as a manager who has been involved in NT staff, I have lacked more interest in my training sessions because we could have discussed his training path without problems.

Svarny has passed through your U21 and until his 27th I will have been contacted only three times. I know that in this case my help has been irrelevant due to the situation, but I have missed it.

In any case, I consider the work you do is more than worth it. I will give Svarny training until he leaves

Thank you for your feedback. A PM would have been the better way but no problem ;-)

I understand that you are disappointed because Svarny was not sold yet. Me too.

Every season Svarny was scouted and I always was informed about his skills.

It‘s not so easy to find the right mix between mailing every season and just when it‘s necessary. Every manager is different. Some like it others don‘t. I‘m very happy when I find a good manager who is motivated in the right training. Like you ;-)
Mostly it‘s more important to write with the others more often ;-)

I saw that you know what you are doing and that Svarny is on the right way. I gave you the skills needed for NT. Everyone can send me a message and I will answer asap. Now he mostly need IS and ST. He will join our NT this season.

ganz gute Startskills auf OD, JR und IS da erspart man sich einiges-> mit viel 1o1(FW) kommt man da schon weit ;-)
