Well Coach Morwood kinda forced me to try and get elected as the NT coach again.. so here we are!
My last stint as NT (or U21) coach was quite some time ago, and for some reason I can't even manage to have a decent run in Naismith, so take it as it is!
I discussed a lot with and learned a lot from Gpolin when he was the U21 coach, so I do have a more up-to-date view of NT player training, and I think it can help, at least to develop a new generation of player, without being dependent on the 4-5 usual great canadian coaches than train 75% of the team. Let's give them a break, or at least a run for their money!
