It's really a trade off between enthu & fielding the better players na wala sa current roster ngaun. From what I know bigger yung enthu penalty than 2-3, para mas may idea tayo baka pwede natin tanungin si Marin (di ko lang sure kung ibibigay nya nga ung actual numbers) but still worth trying. I can help to identify ung mga shoo-in dapat sa line-up, actually sila din naman halos ung starters natin from previous seasons. Alamin muna natin agad ung weight ng trade-off & decide asap kung papano gagawin natin.

Again, this is plainly unacceptable but we have no other choice but to pick up the pieces and move on from here. We will stand as a community. I just hope na this learning experience hits the target in the eye. Mahirap talaga maghandle ng NT, may mga advantage yes but mas mabigat ang responsibility. YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE TO THE WHOLE COMMUNITY at the end of the day.

Ang alam ko diyan coach is pag magbawas ng isa and dagdag isa walang bawas sa enthu at all. Ttry ko isa-isa per week until we get the roster we need

Yun lang mahirap ilagay sa forums. Pero kung direct scouting naman madali lang sa NT Scout ichecheck lang naman kung may namissed out dun sa database na inishare ko so i guess not that many (kung meron man).

Ang dismissal may bawas pero isang dismissal will not move NT team enthusiasm. Interesting yung sinasabi ni obi about how to go about it. Better to wait as Jeorge mentioned. Hindi pa kailangan as of now to tweak the roster because lightweights pa naman ang schedule natin. Kung ginawa ko yan sa NT dati na mura na ako siguro sa forums ng mga vets. Let them help you.

Next season start with 12-15 players muna. Normally, yung alam mo nag mamaintain ng magandang gameshape. Keep roster slots open. You never know who will go bot or may balak pala magbenta sira diskarte mo. Ginagawa din yan para sa mga borderline Seniors. Di ako against sa young players pero sa performance vet players usually perform better.

At least may options na tayo:

Option 1: Wait for data regarding dismissals and hope no enthusiasm penalty.

Option 2: Greedys suggestion (take the ethusiasm hit now). Assumption natin dito pagkatapos ng scouting. Ang
enthusiasm 4 malamang bumalik sa 5 in two weeks tama ba ako Greedy?
