Absolutely, happy to specify, and yes, my opinion is that U21 must play with the best skilled players, but for NT interest, we must keep touch with the high potential prospects’ owners.

I would encourage our U21 to use and train the best Canadian skills for winning now, however as NT manager, I must encourage owners of the best Canadian potential that would not make the u21 cut, to train and develop those later bloomers as they are potentially critical for NT success.

It is such bridge between the two NT that can make a difference in the competitive rankings and ascend Canada to its deserved top spot. Being active, communicating with managers and working with u21 management are key to combine long term growth for the NT and compete in U21 competition every season.

Global training plan for outside players (Guards and SF) :
18 yo : 1on1 F
19 yo : 1on1 F - OD
20 yo : OD - JS F - PA ou JR

Global training plan for inside players :
18 yo : ID (RB or 1on1 F during 2 games weeks)
19 yo : ID / IS (RB or 1on1 F during 2 games weeks)
20 yo : ID / IS / RB

Of course, all these plans could be changed according to the player profile and your wish.

i saw this at my player page i am contact, the user as mention long long time ago, but not read or reply either, so what advise it is, perhaps just an answer 'no your player is not qualifed' maybe more than enough.

I believe he could register because of the lesser known rule of at least 10 votes cast.
From the game manual:
No new registrations are allowed in the second phase of the election if there had been at least 10 votes cast up to that moment.

So that tells us less than 10 votes have been cast, and anybody can register before the vote ends
