Absolutely, happy to specify, and yes, my opinion is that U21 must play with the best skilled players, but for NT interest, we must keep touch with the high potential prospects’ owners.
I would encourage our U21 to use and train the best Canadian skills for winning now, however as NT manager, I must encourage owners of the best Canadian potential that would not make the u21 cut, to train and develop those later bloomers as they are potentially critical for NT success.
It is such bridge between the two NT that can make a difference in the competitive rankings and ascend Canada to its deserved top spot. Being active, communicating with managers and working with u21 management are key to combine long term growth for the NT and compete in U21 competition every season.
