I searched on the forum, and found that it has at least been possible to change team name. I can't find that setting now, has it been removed? If not, how do you do it?

If I remember it correctly this option appears between the seasons at the bottom of your team page.

Yep. Appears around the new season update and lasts for a short period of time...
