It's been a long road for many seasons.
We have finally succeeded in breaking Senegal's hegemony on the continent.
I take this opportunity to congratulate Senegal for the impressive winning streak.
But this time, it's finally our turn to claim the crown.
We remained undefeated all season and in the final won 78-57
(65565) our defense clearly made the difference.
I am very happy with this accomplishment which was the goal for several seasons.
I want to thank all the managers who have trained and kept the players in good shape.
Without you, it would not have been possible.
