Season 16 and the Indian Revolution

In Season 16 there have been a massive number of changes in the composition and direction of the Indian U21 National team. With a great number of the excellent players from last season retiring and there being very few good ones this season the team is expected to struggle.

However the coaching team is not taking this lying down. Instead we have redoubled our efforts to try and make India a competetive team in both the long and short term.

Staff

This is the current plan for our staff

Yodabig - U21 Coach and mentor. Australia.
Prashant - Publicity and promotion. India.
BBall champ - Scout and mentor. India.
Rebel Without A Clue - Scout and mentor. USA.
Samurai_Tungi - Assistant Coach and mentor. India.
robhoe - Big man expert and mentor. Australia.
Matty8 - Apprentice and mentor. Australia.
BlackMouse(Italy U21 scout) - PG Expert and mentor. Italy.
Adam - SF expert and mentor. Australia ABBL.

Also associated.
N#23 - Indian Senior NT Coach and special tactical consultant. Thailand.
LA-höfðingi [U21 þjálfari Ísland] - former coach and advisor. Iceland.

So that is 11 people involved with our team which is fantastic.

We also have a mentoring program in which members of our team take on certain players and attempt to oversee their development so that the team will have strong players in the future.

It has been a wonderful start to the season that has seen us win our first scrimmage (which doesn't matter) and our first tournament match (which matters a huge amount).
