I think Bananahorns is trying to buy his way into bbm tier 1 with that albatross he's trying to flip.

I am afraid of monsters. They both look very well built. And the rest of us could take 3rd in the Great 8. Haven't dug in to the big 8 yet.

Straight tanking is rough, it's the slightly worse version of being in a DIV full of bots. Are you looking for a homegrown future NT level player? Or just a U21 player? Drafting a NT capable player seems like such a long shot these days.

That's an admirable goal, it definitely is a lot of fun, though I only made one season in the NBBA with no hardware to show for it with mine on my first team.

I have been working on the idea of a training pipeline, by staggering my trainees out with a new trainee every 3 seasons. Early on I have been lucky and drafted Rosado and Frazier in the right seasons, but I fear for my 3rd trainee in the pipeline I will have to rely on buying one. Still most of the work is training so it counts in my book

I used to do something similar. 3 trainees...
One I had from 18 until Capped
One from 18 to 21 while training guard skills on big men
One single season flip that needed 5-6 skill points in 1 skill that I'm focused on training and can fetch $200k if I sell him right.

Greetings from Kansas!! You don't have much to worry about from Pirate King Sterling Archer's favorite Lacrosse team this year. I didn't plan on promoting because I wanted to shore up a few spots, but one of the guys in my IV league made some moves that were in bad form so I just had to show him.

I'll never CT a regular season game and also won't tank a league game for the tourney. If, after a couple of seasons, I make it to the playoffs/finals and lose because of a bad sim I may, in a fit of rage, insult all of your mothers and swear never to return.

I usually play straight up (ala Bill Self) and never try to game the sim by putting a shooter out of position while running patient. I'm also not one of those guys that let's the sim pick the lineup for me.

We hope to win a few to hang around because you all seem a decent bunch of fellows.

A likely ploy... He'll be insulting our mothers and playing reverse patient by the all-star game. The relegation spots are gonna be a wild competition this season.

Here's my predictions. I've included top 8 salary for each team as well as % of guard salary/% of big salary within that top 8. I considered anyone that was listed as a PF or C as a big. And I ask 1 question per team.

Big 8
1. Mighty Moose Rockets
$389,989 - 39.84%/60.16%
Can anyone defend Cuberas?
2. Hastings Hornets
$241,420 - 53.97%/46.03%
Will they use their promo bonus to support their top 3?
3. Dark Matter
$283,656 - 47.7%/52.3%
How much will they show their age?
4. Slashing Dragons
$233,439 - 50.34%/49.66%
Can they survive 2 young trainees?
5. New York Newts
$208,902 - 54.81%/45.19%
Can they take the next step?
6. Lake Charles Creoles
$193,111 - 72.31%/27.69%
Will they get 3-2'd every game
7. SKILLZ THAT KILLZ
$229,549 - 45.41%/54.59%
Will their short bench come back to bite them?
8. Archers of Loafcross
$195,583 - 49.41%/50.59%
Will their depth surprise?
