My name is khenry and I'm running for USA NT Manager.
Most around the U21/NT community know who I am but for those that don't, here is a little about me. I've been playing for 20+ seasons between this team and Shrewsbury Honeybadgers. That team made the Cup Semifinals from Div. III and went bankrupt for having more than 1700 players on the roster. I was also the Nippon U21 manager for a couple terms.
The biggest mission for this term is going to be how to rebuild/build up the pipeline with the new training tactis. By no means is the USA NT dried up, but we do have a number of aging players. This is a discussion that needs to be had, mainly on Discord since that is where 99% of the discussion happens, on how we should best be taking advantage of these new training options.
That said, and reiterating that the well isn't dry, I still believe we can be successful in Americas, and hopefully Worlds.
