We need the core back. But I understand what you're saying.

We've pushed unwilling nbba managers to run for NT before with a guy named RamQ. He was a fantastic team manager but the NT manager spot was thrust upon him when he didn't really want it. Long story short he went bot mid season.
What I'm getting at is that NBBA success means nothing for the NT if the manager isn't motivated enough to do all the work that is necessary to enable the future of the NT.
For sure. I mention being in the NBBA since it's indicative of a certain proficiency in game management and planning, but that's just some of the skills needed for coaching a large NT. From what I've seen, the large majority of time is hours put in bbmails, dinking around spreadsheets, and managing the few unruly and surly staff you manage to round up. Skills I've seen IV managers do quite well.

The combination of being around the NT program for a bit, managing a much smaller scale NT program, plus having the tactical experience at higher levels I hope have given me a well rounded enough skill set to meet the challenge.

While I also had some reasonable success with my club, I believe the biggest asset I can bring to this NT job is my experience as NT coach on high level.

You never made it to the World cup! consolation rounds arent high level!

Talking about training, it's really nice to see that you as a community have understood that the main job of a NT coach is not just picking players setting the tactics, but taking care of the "pipeline"

Yeah that is a good thing for you because you tend to chock in important matches!

Like I said in my speech I think I did a pretty good job with that in Germany and I would really love to help you guys fuel the US pipeline over the next couple of seasons.

Fuel it up with diesel so you wont move anywhere

This is why I call it the enshrinement process.
