Ok, I'm an experienced coach, but I guess I need some help, or this is just broken. For the second time this season, I couldnt train my trainee for 48 minutes, can you help me?
(95898860)

My tactics:
-Follow lineup strictly;
-Put trainee as starter, backup and reserve;
-No fault substitution (he got no fouls lol).

Why in the world the he not play 3 minutes?! Whyyyy :S

Regards and thanks all

Thanks...but that shouldnt be a problem, if I as a GM order the coach not to sub him out for the good of the club xD
Either way, he got 5 stamina, more than fine :S

Hello mate
I am training more than 4 seasons 6 players per week.
Due to your report i did a research about my players,so we will have better explanation
Tactics
-Strictly Follow Depth Chart
-Put trainee as starter, backup and reserve
-Foul trouble:Sit them
Important information:dont put players on the roster that they arent in the lineup

As for the stamina, yes its useful to have 48+ min,as the tactics
Lets see the presentation

1)Sotiris Kallas (Stamina 2-3)
S35-S38=48 games......45 games he had 48+=93,75% full training

2)Raimund Krekel (Stamina 3-4)
S36-38=37 games....29 games 48+=78,38%

3)Jesus Gonzalez (Stamina 5)
S36-38=39 games...37 games 48+=94,87%

4)Vasileios Kavakos (Stamina 2)
S38=6 games...6 games 48+=100%

5)Stefos Pantos (Stamina 4)
S37-38=22 games...20 games 48+=90,9%

6)Nenad Aleksic (Stamina 4)
S37-38=20 games...17 games 48+=85%

Although they were playing in one position, i had very few injuries only during the match

Well, thanks for your time

I use those tactics, only thing I do diferent is "-Foul trouble:Sit them", I think its better to ignore fault problems

1)Sotiris Kallas (Stamina 2-3)
S35-S38=48 games......45 games he had 48+=93,75% full training

VS

2)Raimund Krekel (Stamina 3-4)
S36-38=37 games....29 games 48+=78,38%
6)Nenad Aleksic (Stamina 4)
S37-38=20 games...17 games 48+=85%

This just says stamina doesnt mean anything. Or maybe player 2 and 6 had more fault tendency.

Either way, I'm still a bit frustated about nothing we could do to avoid those 10% rate of missing some minutes on a week, even with no fault trouble.
I mean, putting him as starter, backup and reserve....nothing else to do but pray xD

Wich BB finds some solution somehow

The second part is more correct and real

Either way, I'm still a bit frustated about nothing we could do to avoid those 10%

Yes we cant, especially if you try to get 48+ in only one match every week

nothing else to do but pray xD

hahaha maybe is the only solution :P

I think they cant because also in real life, players cant play every match 48+ because they get exhausted,or they do fouls or something else

In real life I cant let an exhausted player stay 48mins in a friendly game?! Where I dont even care if we loose by 30 or 200? Just let him sit on the court, unless his injuried! Young players can make 48 minutes easily

In a theory you can but noone do it.If they see that the player is tired they change him because no reason to play 48 min in a friendly :D

I usually tend to get 48 minutes without any problems in both my teams.

Usually and not always...if you try to get 48+ every week in one match then you will have approximately 90% success at the end of the season as i showed in the research. That means 1-2 matches less than 48+ every season

I checked your team and also you dont have 100% success
Teodor Hammarstrand (36975203)
S39 match in PL 47 min
Automatically around 90%
S38 1/6/17 47 min also around 90%

And many other examples....
Conclusion:In long term you cant get 100%
