What do you think would be the most useful thing to train next season for him. I was thinking one season at IS and then one or 2 seasons at OD and then maybe finish it off with a bit of 1 on 1 for guards?

Does anyone have any suggestions, what the best course of action.

I'd not touch his IS specifically.

At 6'5 I'd definitely be going OD then some combination of passing / JR and 1on1 forwards. And I hate those stamina / free throw numbers but I'm not sure when I'd fix them somewhat.

I was thinking SF, what do you think would be best given his skill set?

Definitely looks like a SF to me. And I'll second the comment about FT/stamina, they shouldn't be that low at 24, all star week and playoffs are perfect for boosting those stats since you can't really manage minutes the same as a normal week.
