Cuando empiezan (18 años) es cuando más absorben y luego van siendo menos capaces de aprender, hasta que al final sólo aprovechan los entrenamientos de conjunto (TL, Forma y RE).
Hablamos de "jóvenes entrenables" para referirnos sobre todo a los de 18 y 19 años, aunque en función del manager incluiremos a los de 20-21 e incluso a los de 22-24.
Con más de 25 años no le podrás sacar más de 4-5 subidas por temporada (aunque todo puede pasar,según como esté de subniveles y otros factores).
Podrás encontrar en el foro datos sobre cómo se reduce la velocidad de entrenamiento. Como guía puedo decir que uno de 20 años subirá un 15% más lento que uno de 18, y uno de 21 años un 25% más lento que el de 18.


Así que en el 90% de los casos, entrenar después de los 25 es de una utilidad limitada. Si estás seguro de que tu caso es del otro 10% entonces adelante.
