I have good outside shooters so I'll probably stick with Motion.. But I've read somewhere that says that 2-3 zone doesn't seem to work against LI which is pretty weird...

I'd go with Run and gun. This will give you many shots and a good chunk of three pointers.

I'd say a low pressure defense should be attacked as many times as possible, thus a fast paced offense. But one could argue on that.

I won the game in OT! Thanks guys for all the help. I didn't expect to win because his team is so much better than mine, but I still won! Proves that strategy counts in a game like this.
