First of all 2-3 zone comes to the mind . However , i saw some topic's and tutorials where it is said that 2-3 zone is not that efficient anymore and 3-2 is way better to defend from inside offence. Any suggestions?

BB is a simple game, if you want to beat an inside off, you must have an better inside off.

If you play any zone again LI or LP, it doesn't work, hope one day BB-s will fix them, specially if someone play inside and you play 2-3 zone, you should get a really good boost on defending, blocking, rebounding and etc, and kick his inside tactic hard, but... no way atm.

But anyway, m2m is the def that every serious team play if you need that info.

Actually not true at all. As i already posted you can go about it different ways. I really don't know why this myth still lives on that you need to play inside to beat inside.

So you are trying to say that this fact that I'm saying is a lie, and you're right?
OK dude, you have some arguments? Would love to see them.

If you can't participate then watch some hard core B3 games, best NT-s and etc and look what the teams play, 95% people plays inside offences, teams play other offences just when they play vs team they would beat anyway. Or when someone try to make a surprise when he know he will loose with inside vs inside.

My argument is my experience that talk to itself, seasons and seasons playing on the top lvl of BB, long B3 seasons, as a former NO1 WR, xy seasons NT coach, 20+ trophies in my 1st league.....

I think I have more to say about this, this is like in the gym, the new guys always saying that someone is doing an exercise wrong, they have seen it somewhere, someone has written that, people are talking, they saw pictures, tutorials.. funny.

It's not a myth, inside tactic is over power in this game, ultra over powered.

If you remember, motion was dominant once, they changed things and LI become over power, they can't find a balance.

Transfer list is made by players for LI, guess why?

The solution is simple for me, make 2-3 zone more powerful. When someone play it against inside tactic he should own him in the defense.
Now when you play 2-3 zone people laugh, you failed your def tactic.

I tried lot of tactics with best players on BB, and guess what, inside tactic beat that all, easy, even if you have an full all-round team.

You have some results with that SB team, winning few games in division II? You get few more blocks in a game.
Hope you will make something with the new team, but your chances are low.

I had some hard games when facing a inside box plus one defense.

You played once B3 and get in top 32. That mean motion or whatever works? I could get it with any tactic anytime, but what then, when you play vs 1+ mil salary inside beast team, no one will help you if you have a weaker LI team.

Highest SB 15. And I will never know why.

Simple example, my 2 inside players atm.

1. ID 13 / SB 4 / RB 8
2. ID 18 / SB 14 / RB 12

So the player no1 have 0.2 blocks per game average
Player no2 have 0.8 blocks per game average

See the difference in ID and SB and still the blocking and defending is useless.

Interesting that the player no1 have 7.4 rebounds per game
Player no2 5.5 rebounds per game.

The guy with more rebounds have the lower RB skill, lower SB and lower ID.
Its not important witch skills one guy have, your complete team is important, how they can perform.

One more example from the elite players on B3 last season.

From top 32:

LP beat bot

Bold tactics won in B3 matches. Every time Inside won. Those where games that I should play last season to final if I won my games.
Most teams play inside offences, that's all, cos it's so over power bro, no other reason.

So my tip for the guy asking here about to beat inside offence, build stronger inside offence then other.
