It may be a bit stupid and strange question, but it is interesting for me and could be helpful for new players. Could we discuss what number of "Sum of Skills " for a player is enough to call him decent for I ,II , III or IV divisions. I know it depends on a lot of different factors such as quality of other teams in division and etc.. But still . I dont ask for certain numbers , maybe just a range of it . So what are your opinions ? Cheers !
