I think going for the perennial Allstars would be the best option to train 4 profit, as those players still have some cap room left after pumping 1-on-1 for a season or two.
Allstar... Not so sure about that, the cap flames out pretty quick - maybe those Players become more valuable as the quality of the draft seems to detoriate.
