i think personally that game shape training is a completely nosense thing, is something who not exist in real and against every logic... in this period of BB where people who train players are always less i think that removing this training can be a move for make this game more interesting and for find the right equilibrium on the market.

Poll:  what you think about game shape training?

it have to be completely removed
it is good for the game like is now
it have to be limited (ex: max 2 times a season)

Where is the choice that it isn't especially relevant, certainly not a big deal compared to other things the game needs badly?

I don't think that gameshape training is unrealistic (like hiring a "mental coach" - is that a word? or a Psychologist specialised for professional athletes is common among professional organizations these days), I would remove it completely though.

As I said before on the very same topic, I'm in favor of limiting it to X times per season.

Please don't do this - we don't need another lukewarm compromise that makes everything more complicated or might even be another source of bugs. Keep it simple just once every couple years. Leave it or remove it.

I would remove it, it would be more fun.

Like in real basketball, players can't train their form.

This is where we hold them!

I've been a fan of keeping GS training over the years, but you know what? Let's kill it.
If no one can train GS, that means that people will be training something each week that makes a solid difference, whether it be FT or ST (which can have it's own issues when trained too high), or actual skills.

I can see the downside of this for people who have a 30+ year old team, but I think the upside of all the added pops on younger players on other teams would be worth it.

Also, then everyone is on the same page when it comes to GS.

I don't decide anything and it was in the poll.

And you said it before that you are in favor of leaving a x times per season option. Plus IF some of us users has something to decide, I bet it would be you. Don't take this as an offense, it's just that your word is probably hundred times more valuable as mine.
