How can you get a player 48 minutes in one game, in one position, without playing only 5 players?

I have tried, strictly follow depth chart, let them play, combined with the trainee listed in the correct position as starter, reserve and backup. Despite this I only received 34 minutes training at centre in today's game, he didn't foul out.

It becomes troublesome to even train 2 players when you can't guarantee 48 minutes training.

Thanks for the advice, if I am the team losing by a lot points will my trainee get subbed out, or will the coach keep the player in for the remainder of the game regardless of the deficit?

Strongly disagree with the statement that blowing a team out has no effect on trainees getting 48+ minutes. Wacky things happen in garbage time. I don't really recommend CPDC either.
