What kind of skills are you looking for in a U-21 Big man? Like 12/12/12/12?

The best way to go is to have the same level of Inside shot and Inside defense, and to have Rebounding 2 levels below (don't need to train shot blocking).

But I'm not nitpicking, a big man well trained will be on the U21 roster
