I'm just wondering what peoples thought are on this rookie I draft. He has superstar potential but has terrible shooting and is quite tall. Is it worth it to try and get his shooting skills up or should I just get his OD/DR/HD/PA decent and call it a day?
I haven't been in the game long enough to know how hard/easy it is to raise JS and JR from pitful and inept.

To be honest, 49 total skill points at 19 yo is not really useful to start with. If I were you, I would look for a trainee on the transfer list.

How useful is such a player though?
I mean no opposing player would ever have to guard him. That does not sound appealing to me.
