Today I bought a trainee to pair with the one I currently have. I'm looking to play one at PG and the other at SG. What should I train to maximize the growth of both of them?

First, my original trainee:

Age: 19
Height: 6'2" / 188 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: proficient

Jump Shot: strong Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: prominent Handling: strong
Driving: proficient ↑ Passing: strong
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: awful Shot Blocking: respectable
Stamina: awful Free Throw: pitiful

Experience: pitiful

Next is the trainee I bought today. He was drafted as a 19 year old so he's only had 2 seasons of development.

Age: 20
Height: 6'1" / 185 cm
Potential: MVP
Game Shape: average

Jump Shot: prominent ↑ Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: prolific Handling: strong
Driving: inept Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: proficient Inside Def.: prominent
Rebounding: awful Shot Blocking: average
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: atrocious

Experience: atrocious

Should I start with one on one for driving? It should train more quickly because of the elastic effect right?

On a side note, I just realized that these two guys may very well be the worst duo in the league when it comes to free throws lol

For guards, I would start with Passing and Jump Range. Then Driving (for Forwards), OD and JS.

They both actually look like SF builds because of their allround capabilites although they are not very tall. If you want to develop into that direction, you would also need to train their inside skills.
